Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Methods

  • BGS offers standard and express shipping options within the UAE and internationally. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.

2. Shipping Timeframes

  • Orders for customized NFC cards will be processed and shipped within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the destination and shipping method chosen.

3. Tracking and Delivery

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package until it is delivered.
  • BGS is not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs clearance processes.

4. Damaged or Lost Items

  • If your NFC card or other products arrive damaged or are lost in transit, please contact BGS within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement.

5. International Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may be applied to international shipments. BGS is not liable for any delays or additional costs incurred due to customs processing.
