Refund and Return Policy
1. General Refund Policy
- BGS offers services and products that are customized to the specific needs of each customer. As a result, we do not offer refunds on our digital marketing services, website development, video creation, virtual home tours, or any other customized services.
- For our NFC cards, which include personalized customer data, refunds are not available once the order is confirmed and the production process has begun.
2. Return Policy for NFC Cards
- Customized NFC cards cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a proven technical issue with the card.
- If you experience a technical issue with your NFC card, you must notify BGS within 14 days of receiving the product. We will assess the issue and, if validated, will replace the card at no additional cost to you.
- Returns will only be accepted if the card is in its original condition and has not been tampered with. Any signs of misuse or damage may result in the refusal of a replacement.
3. Refund Eligibility
- Refunds will only be considered if BGS is unable to deliver the service or product as promised due to unforeseen circumstances, and if no alternative solution can be agreed upon.
- Any approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days and will be credited using the original payment method.
